Parking

2hr and 4hr parking on Wreckyn Street (between Wreckyn/Peel Sts and Wreckyn/Villiers Sts). Underground car parking is available for a fee at the Royal Women’s Hospital main building, accessed from Flemington Road. Please note that there is also off-street parking available.

Tram 19, Stop 10. North Coburg to Elizabeth Street, stops at the corner of Royal Parade and Grattan Street. Tram 55, Stop 14. West Coburg to Domain Interchange (St Kilda), stops at the corner of Grattan Street and Flemington Road. Tram 59, Stop 14. Airport West to Elizabeth Street, stops at the corner of Grattan Street and Flemington Road. Trams numbered 1 and 22, and those marked ‘Melbourne University’, travel along Swanston Street and stop two blocks from the hospital.

Buses

Bus 205 Doncaster via Kew Junction and Melbourne University, travels along Swanston Street, several blocks from the hospital. Bus 203 Port Melbourne to Bulleen via the city, travels along Lygon Street, several blocks from the hospital. Bus 401 from opposite North Melbourne Terminus in Ireland Street, stops on Grattan Street. Bus 402 from opposite St Vincent/s Hospital in Victoria Parade, stops on Grattan Street. Bus 546 Heidelberg to Melbourne University, travels along Swanston Street, several blocks from the hospital.

Epworth Eastern has undercover parking available on site. Fees apply to on site parking. The entrance to the car park is on Nelson road. Parking is also available in adjacent streets, but please take note of council restrictions. The car park is open every day.

Trams

If you are coming to Epworth Eastern by tram 109 get off at stop 57.

By train, the closest station to Epworth Eastern is Box Hill Central, which is on the Belgrave/Lilydale line. Epworth Eastern is approximately 15 minutes walk from the train station.
