Jolene graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012. Since then, she has been working as a physiotherapist in Melbourne and has achieved certifications in Lymphoedema Management, Dry Needling for Sports and Spinal Injuries, and completed Matwork training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. She has always had a keen interest in spinal and chronic musculoskeletal pain. In 2017, she pursued her Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Curtin University and since returning to Melbourne, she was awarded APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Jolene has a background in working with a varied client population, including patients presenting with sports injuries, spinal or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as WorkCover and TAC clients, all with the aim of returning to work or previous level of function. She also has an extensive experience in aged care related work. Some of the treatment techniques she employs include soft tissue release, joint and spinal mobilisations, electrotherapy modalities, dry needling, individualised exercise programs, and pain education.
